PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

»  For Projects Under $1000.00 (CAD) standard policy is a 50%down payment and 50% upon completion of the project.

»  For Projects $1000.00 (CAD) or Greater standard policy is a minimum of 20% down payment, the remainder in equal weekly installments as the work progresses.

»  For Example, standard policy for a $10,000 project performed over 8 weeks would be a $2000 down payment with the remaining $8000 paid at $1000 per week for the next 8 week.

»  Please make Cheques Payable to "Marketing Marksman".

»  International Clients are required to pay in Canadian (CAD) or American (USD) dollars unless otherwise negotiated.

»  Currency Conversation Service Charges will apply to payments made in currencies other than Canadian (CAD) or American (USD) dollars.

»  Normal ongoing Office & Administration expenses are included in the quoted Hourly Rated and not charged extra.

»  All applicable Project Related Expenses (if any) are extra and not included in the quoted Hourly Rate, such as travel.

»  The Client's Approval will be obtained in writing before any Project Related Expenses are incurred on the clients behalf.

»  Canadian Clients are required to pay the applicable GST and PST sales taxes for their Province or Territory.

»  International Clients are not required to pay Canada Sales Taxes according to present Canadian Law.

»  Interest will be charged on any amount unpaid after the 'Payment Due Date' at 18% per annum, which is calculated daily, and both compounded and billed to the Client monthly at the end of each month.

»  If any Amount Goes Unpaid for three consecutive calendar months Marketing Marksman™ may terminate any further work on the project, confiscate and/or destroy work done, and recruit a lawyer or collection agency to assist in securing payment.

»  We reserve the right to require proof of Credit Worthiness before offering a payment plan and to refuse to offer finance.
